Fine Schedule
The Board of Directors has established a fine schedule that will be used to charge property owners who are in violation of the Covenants of the community. There shall be two levels of fines – minor and major infractions.
The Board of Directors shall determine each infraction on a case by case basis. The fine will be charged accordingly and shall accrue as shown below, in addition to finance charges, until the infraction is corrected.
The following are examples of the most common infractions that occur in the community.
Minor Infractions
$25 per violation (per week)
- Garbage cans, BBQ pits, etc. in view of street
- Shielding of satellite dish, utility boxes, air conditioners
- Inappropriate window coverings
- Yard ornaments, signage placed on property
- Pet issues
Major Infractions
$100 per violation (per week)
- Landscape & home maintenance
- Boats, RV’s, trailers stored on property
- Unapproved fencing and landscaping
- Failure to complete construction of a home ‐ $100 per day until completion
- Unapproved home additions
- Any violation (including those that are sometimes considered minor) that the Board considers a detriment to values.
